In old-Nordic "Teitur" means "Happy man" and it is exactly that happiness with which Faroe-born Teitur Lassen plays his compositions of rain and love. The style is swinging, relaxed, funky jazz, which makes heads nod and feet rock. According to Teitur, if his musical vision of blending quality, personality and love of music doesn't work, he threatens to take part in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2002.
