The long and charming songs from Soul Quality Quartet are led by under-played Latin-American rythms and soft horns. The band's heroes are Herbie Hancock, Brother Jack McDuff and Soul-Jazz Moguls from the sixties. The musically well-founded band often mix bits and pieces from hip-hop and drum'n'bass elements into their love for the Latin scene. The band plays about 50 jobs in Scandinavia a year and have just released their second album, "Jazzanova".
